We’re celebrating International Sherry Week with an evening of some of our all-time favorite wines & Spanish snacks! Eric Stone of Vinea Imports will walk you through the different styles of this historic fine wine of Jerez, Spain: Finos, Manzanilla, Amontillado, Oloroso, and Pedro Ximénez. We’ll discuss history, winemaking and soleras but most of all we’ll drink delicious sherry and eat delicious food.
We’ll gather in the gorgeous rooftop greenhouse of the Shared Roof building on Phinney ridge. The evening will include a generous tasting of 6 sherries all paired with a dish. Additional glasses of sherry as well as bottles will be available for purchase.
