Join us in a beautiful rooftop greenhouse overlooking the entire city for a fun and relaxed “class” led by sommelier, Janet Beeby where we’ll explore wines from the islands of Greece, Sardinia, Mallorca and the Canary Islands. You’ll learn how vineyard location is essential in winemaking and how these producers are taking native grape growing to the next level in some of the harshest climates. From a stunning caldera to the slopes of active volcanos, we will taste delicious wine and feast on food specialties from each region.
