At Scout, canned seafood is about the craft of preservation, like charcuterie and cheese. In Europe, some of the best catch is sent to be preserved so it can be enjoyed year-round outside of harvest seasons and yes, seafood is seasonal. They are bringing this tradition back to the North American table.

Atlantic Canadian Lobster- Claw and knuckle meat preserved in a bright, lemon-infused, olive oil from Spain for a fresh and delicious eating experience. The Lobster is MSC-certified, wild caught, and harvested off the shores of Prince Edward Island, Canada. 3.2oz

Wild Albacore Tuna- Wild-caught between Oregon and British Columbia, hand-cut and hand-packed proudly on Vancouver Island. Our Wild Albacore Tuna is naturally low in mercury, high in quality protein with 30 grams per can, and rich in Omega-3s. Our Tuna is seasoned with a light brine consisting of sea salt and sugar. The Tuna is cured overnight and air-dried before being gently smoked with Canadian hardwood and packed in our signature organic olive oil. 5.3oz

Smoked Wild Pink Salmon- Wild-caught and sourced from the chilly waters of Alaska that flow from the Arctic Ocean to the Bering Sea. Lightly smoked, first by being cured overnight with a blend of salt and sugar which is rinsed off the following day and air-dried before being gently smoked with Canadian hardwood and packed in our signature organic olive oil. 5.3oz
