Ximenez-Spinola winery is a family run estate in Jerez making wines from Pedro Ximénez grapes since 1729. The palate is intense, round, balanced, smooth and silky. Slight sweetness with smoked and roasted touches. Almonds and white fruit. Long aftertaste. A nice dark amber colour. Clean, bright and glyceric. Intense nose.
